SOUTH BEND--Samuel R. Ashby, 86, of Sunnyside Street, died Thursday in Cardinal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Survivors include his wife, Anna.

There will be no services or visitation. Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, is handling arrangements.
