GRANGER - Ralph M. Artesani, 79, passed away of natural
causes on Monday, February 12, 2007, in the Ironwood Health and
Rehabilitation Center, South Bend. Ralph was born May 8, 1927, in
Hamden, Connecticut, to Edgar and Mary (McConnell)
Artesani. His parents preceded him in death. Surviving are his
sister, Jean M. (Max) Plumhoff of Granger; and a brother,
Edgar V. (Marian) Artesani of Nevada. Also surviving are three
nephews and three nieces, along with several grandnephews and
grandnieces.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the noon Mass on Friday in St. Monica's Catholic Church, 222 Mishawaka Avenue, Mishawaka, IN 46545. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Indiana. Chapel Hill Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Ralph was a 1945 graduate of Mishawaka High School, and was employed by C.E. Lee and Pittsburgh Plate Glass as a bookkeeper for many years. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Southern Care Hospice, 310 McKinley Highway, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
