SOUTH BEND - Julius ''Eddie Cy'' Ardos, 92, of South Brookfield Street, died at 2:30 a.m. Saturday in his residence of natural causes. Mr. Ardos retired from St. Joseph County Police Department after 25 years. He was born Nov. 11, 1902, in Pittsburgh, living in this area most of his life.

On Nov. 30, 1940, in South Bend, he married Helen Major. She survives with several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at noon Monday in Zahoran Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before services Monday in the funeral home.
