Edna Eleanor Archambeault, 84, of the Fountainview Nursing Home, passed away at 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, in the nursing home.

Mrs. Archambeault was born on Dec. 23, 1915, in South Bend, Ind., to David and Maude Griffee. On Sept. 21, 1934, in Valparaiso, Ind., as Edna Griffee, she married Robert Daniel Archambeault, who preceded her in death on June 23, 1963.

She is survived by a daughter, Lynne (Tom) Schubert of Summerdale, Ala.; a son, Gary, (Gail) Archambeault of Granger, Ind.; three grandchildren, Jenelle (Brian) Moyer of Summerdale, Ala., Daniel (Cheryl) Archambeault of Carencro, La., and Brian Archambeault of Granger; and by two sisters, Verna Mae Welty of South Bend and Peggy Joyce Vaughan of Mishawaka.

There will be no services or visitation. Cremation will take place with burial in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.

The family asks that contributions in Edna's memory be made to the charity of donor's choice. (nf)
