Thomas H. Appel

August 26, 1952 – September 18, 1992

Thomas H. Appel, 40, of 4412 Hickory Road, Apt. 2A, died Friday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness.  Mr. Appel was employed by Studebaker National Museum, South Bend, as operations manager.

He was born August 26, 1952, in Youngstown OH.  He is survived by his father, Frederick Appel of Canfield OH; a sister, Sally Tfill of Canfield; and a brother, Frederick Jr of Michigan City.  He was a member of the National Studebaker Drivers Club and was a student at Indiana University South Bend.

Memorial services will be at 7pm Thursday at Studebaker National Museum, South Bend.  Cremation has taken place.  Lane Funeral Home, Canfield, is in charge of arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be made to Studebaker National Museum, South Bend, or Hospice of Youngstown OH 44501
