Anna S. Annis
   Anna S. Annis, 92, of Healthwin Hospital, died at 8:30 p.m. Monday at Healthwin. Mrs. Annis was retired from Wilson Shirt Co. She was born Sept. 5, 1892, in Westmoreland, Pa., living in South Bend most of her life after coming from Westmoreland.  On Oct. 25, 1913, in South Bend, she married Clarence C. Annis, who died Oct, 26, 1961. She is survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Backus and Theresa Baumgartner, both of South Bend; and a brother, John P. Kovatch of South Bend.
   Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Josopeh Catholic Church of which she was a member.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m.  Wednesday at Hickey Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial contributions maybe made to the church.
