Frorenpine Andrysrag <Florentina Andrysiak>, aged one year and three months, of 220 Laurel street, died this morning at 5 o’clock. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock from St. Hedwige church, Rev. Valentine Czysewski officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Polish cemetery

Note: the name was misspelled in the newspaper account; St. Hedwig Baptism Registration, Record #537, identifies this child as Florentina Andrysiak, born 7 Jul 1911, baptized 16 Jul 1911, daughter to Michael Andrysiak and Josepha (Josephine) Wentland Andrysiak; godparents, Florkowski and Ohrzanowska.
