MISHAWAKA - After an illness of one year. Mrs. Octaaf Andreis, 77 of 705 W. 7^th Street, died Friday afternoon in her home, She had lived in Mishawaka for 55 years, coming here from Hansbeke, Belgium, where she was born.

As Elizabeth Marie Van Ooteghem she married Mr. Andreis in Belgium on April 10, 1907. He survives along with one son Clement R. Andries of Mishawaka and one daughter Mrs. Leo De Munck, also of this city. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two brothers, Maurice Van Ooteghem of Mishawaka and Remi Van Ooteghem of Detroit and one sister, Mrs. Marie Van Ooteghem of Belgium.

Friends may call in the DeVos Funeral Chapel after 6 p.m. today and until the funeral services at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Bavo’s Catholic Church. Rev. Stephen Cvaniga, assistant pastoe, will officiate and internment will be in Fairview Mausoleum. Mrs. Andries was a member of the Senior Altar Scociety of St. Bavo’s Church. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in St. Bavo’s Church.
