MISHAWAKA - Lois L. Andert, 69, of 914 E. Fourth St., died at 4:40 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Hospital. Mrs. Andert retired in 1990 from McLellan's Variety Store after 15 years of service.

She was born April 7, 1924, in Potosi, Wis. On April 14, 1951, in South Bend, as Lois L. Day, she married Louis L. Andert. He survives with a daughter, Diana R. Turley of Mishawaka; a son, Ronald C. of Vandalia; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a sister, B. Ruth Shenenberger of Mishawaka; and a brother, Donald D. Day of Dowagiac.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
