SOUTH BEND - Infant Edward Alwine passed away at 2:34 p.m. Friday, June 12, 2009, in Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his parents, Melissa Simbeck and Harold E. Alwine Jr.; brother, Steven Kotowski Jr.; maternal grandparents, Deborah and James Welch Jr., Charles (Sandy) Simbeck; and maternal great-grandmother, Carline Simbeck; paternal grandparents, Dollie Matheney of Mishawaka, Harold (Tracy) Alwine Sr.; and paternal great-grandmother, Patricia Colley. Memorial services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, June 18, in Palmer Funeral Home - River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., where friends may visit with the family one hour prior to services.
