Everett E. "Bob" Aldridge,
65, of New Carlisle, Ind., passed away on Tuesday, March 30. Mr.
Aldridge was born on July 30, 1933, to Clarence and Mabel
Aldridge in Monroe, Mich. He was preceded in death by his
parents; a sister, Mary Lou Lorrain; and by two brothers,
James and Larry Aldridge. He retired as the owner and operator of
Bob's Body Shop in New Carlisle.
He is survived by his companion, Becky Roegiers;
a daughter, Kimberly Aldridge of Lafayette, Ind.; three sons,
Robert (Donna) Aldridge of South Bend, Keith (Gail) Aldridge of
Las Vegas, Nev., and Raymon Aldridge of New Carlisle; three
grandchildren, Robert Aldridge, Jr., Angela Aldridge and Cher; a
sister, Joan Potter of West Palm Beach, Fla.; a brother,
Elvin (JoAnne) Aldridge of South Bend, Ind.; and by several
nieces and nephews. Mr. Aldridge was a member of the New Carlisle
Civil Defense, and enjoyed collecting antique tractors.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m.
(EST) on Saturday, April 3, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 201 S.
Filbert Street, New Carlisle, with Dr. Ernest Geist officiating.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. until the time of services on
Saturday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made
to the New Carlisle Fire Department or to the New Carlisle Civil
Defense.
