Dorland C. Albert

MISHAWAKA - Dorland C. "Pete" Albert, 85, of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Mishawaka, died at 4:45 a.m. Sunday in Forest Hill Nursing Home, Fort Worth.  Mr. Albert retired in 1964 from South Bend Range. He was born Oct. 29, 1908, in Mishawaka.  On April 20, 1930, in South Bend, he married Lois Steel.  She died June 5, 1975.  He is survived by a daughter, Jackalun Maes of Fort Worth; two sons, Norman K. of Mishawaka and Charles W. of Wabash, Ind.; 11 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St.  Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.  Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
