Thomas E. Addison, 67, of North Clay Street, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away after an illness on Wednesday, June 5, in his residence. Thomas was born on Aug. 3, 1934, in Hazen, Ark. He retired in 1986 as a truck driver with the teamsters union. He was a member of V.F.W. #360.

He is survived by a son, Mike (Jodi) Addison of Cassopolis, Mich.; a daughter, Tina Marie Addison of Michigan; four stepsons, Lee (Donna) Buck, Russ (Jeanette) Buck, both of Granger, Ind., Sonny (Katrina) Surbaugh of Georgia and James (Mary) Isom of Leoma, Tenn.; two stepdaughters, Patti (George) Jenkins of South Bend, Ind., and Kim (Randall) Roach of Lakeville, Ind.; 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and by a sister, Ruth Raper of Hazen.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 North Main Street, Mishawaka, where friends may call from noon until services at 2 p.m. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
