MISHAWAKA — Janice K. Buck-Addison, 64, of Clay Street, died Tuesday in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas; a daughter, Kimberly K. Roach of Lakeville; two sons, T. Lee and Russell E. Buck, both of Granger; a stepdaughter, Tina Addison of Michigan; a stepson, Michael T. Addison of Edwardsburg; three sisters, Mildred Clark of Wyoming, Maxine Bloss of Mishawaka and Wilma Bloss of Arizona; and three brothers, Jack Yaw of Arizona, Lyle Yaw of Granger and Jerry Yaw of Mishawaka.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Bubb Funeral Chapel, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today.
