SOUTH BEND -- Carl Edward Adams Sr., 87, of Miller's Merry Manor, Plymouth, formerly of Auten Road, South Bend, died Wednesday in St. Joseph's Hospital of Marshall County, Plymouth. He is survived by a daughter, Carol A. Seach of Westland, Mich.; two sons, Everett Dean of South Bend and Carl E. Jr. of Plymouth; and a brother, Bert of Mishawaka. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
