Any help in filling out this line would be appreciated. I am trying to fill in that William Harpham d. 7 May 1860 may have been Charlotte's father. I find no listing for Elizabeth Harpham above in the Cemeteries of Steuben Co., IN 1990, she could have remarried if indeed she were married to William who died before the 1860 census.
Other HARPHAMs married into the Wolf family and these are connected to John & Margaret Gillander Harpham, the 2nd family listed above. Looking forward to some response from those who view the Steuben Co. usgenweb page.
Here is an outline descendant tree for William Harpham, who I believe to
be her father:

I'm researching my maternal gr.-gr.-grandfather, Solomon Smith. He was born ca. 1840 in Elkhart, IN according to the info I have. He married Sarah Hamlin, daughter of Elias and Mary Ann Butler Hamlin, ca. 1860 in IN, then joined up as a private in Company C, 4th Cavalry Regiment of the Union Army in Indiana on 29 Jul 1862, giving his residence as Warsaw, IN.. He was discharged from the army on 22 May 1865. He also served in the Mexican War, but I have no info on that yet.
I know that sometime after his discharge the family was in Webster Co., NE, as that is where my gr.-grandfather, Frank Elias Smith was born in 1871. Solomon and Sarah reportedly had 16 children, but only three survived to adulthood.
Sometime later, the families moved to KS, as Solomon and Sarah's mother, Mary A. Butler (d. 1901)are buried in Burr Oak, Jewell Co., KS. There is a marker for Solomon, but none for Sarah; we know she's buried there, but where?
If anyone knows anything of these families in Indiana, I
would appreciate your help. Thanks!

Am search for family history information on the John
Gibson Parker family from Orland, Ind. Other brothers may
include: Frank, James, Edwin, AG (?), and Harmon
(?). Supposedly, there were 10 siblings in this family.
John G. Parker was married to Elmira J. Luce- eldest
daughter of the Hon.Cyrus Grey Luce , Gov. of Michigan
(1887-1891) A building in Orland has the John G
Parker name affixed to it.
Any additional information would be appreciated.

I am looking for information on the siblings and ancestors of Charles William Teegardin in Steuben and surrounding counties. Charles was born January 16, 1870, died June 1946 and is buried in Teegardin Cemetery, Otsego Twp., Steuben County--along with many other ancestors I can't put in their proper place in my family tree. He married Anna Rose Meyers. Together they had 10 children: Zelda, Helen (my grandmother), Earl, Etta, Cecil, Ellen, Evelyn, George, Vivian and John. Can anyone out there help? I would appreciate any help you can give me.

I am searching for the birth record of William Henry Alderman Jr., believed to be born in January, 1867 in Steuben County, Indiana. He may have had a brother, Franklin, born in 1865. William Henry Alderman Jr., is the son of William Henry "Hash" Alderman of Connecticut and Mary Miner of Townsend, Huron Co., Ohio. I am not sure how long they stayed in Stueben County, but they ended up in Bronson Twshp., Branch County, Michigan. Any birth, marriage, death or census records would be greatly appreciated.
