John G. Schmeiser, born 23 Sep 1854 in Columbiana County, Ohio and died
2 Jul 1892 in Metz, Indiana. John was the son of Johann Georg and
Elisabeth(Germann) Schmeiser, and came to Steuben County with his parents
in 1858. John was married to Mary H. Uran, 1 Oct 1876 in Steuben
County, Indiana.
