EDNA A. (STUDEMAN) STAYNER, 27 Apr 1905 - 26 Feb 1999

   Edna A. Stayner, 93, Angola, died Friday at Carlin Park 
Healthcare Center, Angola. 
   She was born April 27, 1905, in Sturgis, Mich., to Henry 
and Caroline (Schmittendrof) Studeman.
   Mrs. Stayner was a secretary for A. H. Perfect Co. and 
Royal Easy Chair, both in Sturgis.  She was a member of the 
Pleasant Lake United Methodist Church.
   She is survived by her husband, Charles; a daughter, Carol 
Budd of Angola; three grandchildren; seven great- 
grandchildren; and one brother, Lawrence Studeman of Sturgis.
  Three brothers, George, William and Frank Studeman, and two 
sisters, Ella Studeman and Emma Maddux, preceded her in 
death.
   Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday at Weicht Funeral 
Home with Rev. Glenda Rae Woodcox officiating.  Burial will 
be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Sturgis.
   Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
   Memorials are to the Pleasant Lake United Methodist Church 
or Calvary Lutheran Church.
