BESS STAYNER

        Bess Stayner, daughter of Oliver and Nellie Stayner, was born 
April 7, 1894, at Orland, and passed away April 16, 1928, at Jackson, Mich.,
aged 34 years and 9 days. 
        She was one of a family of ten children, three of whom, Dale, Bliss 
and Mrs. Carroll Keyes are deceased.
        She graduated from Orland high school in the class of 1913.
        She leaves behind to mourn her loss: father, mother, three brothers,
Winn of North Dakota, Frank of Montana, Floyd of Orland; three sisters, Mrs.
Lucile Hedglin of Hudson, Mrs. Laura Blanning of Bangor, Me, and Mrs. 
Cordelia Kewin of Jackson, Mich.

        Bess's father, James Oliver Stayner, died 09 Jan 1939.
                   Mother, Nellie Helen (Davis) Stayner, died 15 Apr 1938.
                   Brothers: Perry Winn Stayner, died 04 Aug 1951.
                                       Frank Alcott Stayner, died 12 Nov 1941.
                                       Bliss Eugene Stayner, Sr., died 17 Nov 1923.
                                       Floyd Oliver Stayner, died 15 Feb 1936.
                                       Dale Davis Stayner, died 16 Oct 1918.
                   Sisters: Jennie Carroll (Stayner) Keyes, died 10 Oct 1926.
                                  Laura Ellen (Stayner) Blanning , died in 1960.
                                  Emma Lucile (Stayner) Hedglin, died 24 Feb 1978.
                                  Helen Cordelia (Stayner) Kewin, died 17 Dec 1932.

Bess and her parents and most of her siblings are buried at Jackson Prairie 
Cemetery, Orland, Steuben County, Indiana.
