Thursday Rites For Hugh Harman

Funeral services for Hugh C. Harman, 66, of 215 South Euclid, Angola, will be held
at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 13, at the Weicht Funeral Home.

The Rev. Doyle Pavy, pastor of the Angola Methodist Church, will officiate at the rites.
Interment will follow in Circle Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m., Wednesday. Masonic services will
follow the same evening at 8 p.m.

Mr. Harman passed away early Tuesday, June 11 at the Parkview Memorial Hospital following
an illness of several months.

Following his retirement as an agent for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Mr.
Harman had served as Pleasant Township Assessor for the last four and one-half years.

He was a member of the Angola Methodist Church, Lions Club, Odd Fellows and Masonic Lodges
of Angola and also a member of the Scottish Rite.

Survivors include his wife, Irene, an emplopyee of Steuben Printing Company; two
daughters, Mrs. John (Patricia) Wood, of North Hollywood, California and Mrs. Richard
(Marilyn) Fisher, of Michigan City; seven grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Lilly [sic]
Harman of Redwood City, California and a brother, Nyhl Harman, also of Redwood City.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
Hugh's mother's name was Lillie May Stayner Harman. His father was Darwin Wright
