SARAH JANE (KELLY) HANSELMAN, 26 Apr 1831 - 06 Apr 1889

     April 6, 1889, Mrs. George Hanselman, aged 56 years, 11 months 
and 29 days.
     The deceased had been a member of the Disciple church for 
twenty-five years.  She leaves a husband and two sons to mourn their 
loss.  Rev. J. T. Ransburg officiated at the funeral on Sunday, April 7.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

     Audree Seibel Lewis' "Cemeteries of Steuben County, IN, 
1990"states that she was 57 years, 11 months and 10 days old.   Sarah 
Jane (Kelly) Hanselman, 26 Apr 1831 - 06 Apr 1889, on 28 Dec 1847 
per the marriage license, married George W. Hanselman in Steuben 
County.  No other information available on him.  She is buried at 
Crockett Cemetery, Steuben County, IN .
     Sarah Jane and George had a son, Hartwell L. Hanselman, born 
Feb 1848/49, died in 1908.  About 1870 in Kansas, he married 
Sophronia (Miller) Hanselman, born in Mar 1847 in Ohio; died after 
1900 in Steuben County, IN.  They are buried at South Scott 
Cemetery, Steuben County, IN.  Her parents were William L. Miller, 
born 08 Oct 1888 in Detroit, Wayne County, MI, and Mary Melissa 
(Cornell) Miller, born in Feb 1848 in Scott, Steuben County, IN.  
There place of burial is unknown.
