Obituary

 Mrs. Lois L., wife of Mr. W. M. Gregg, of Angola, died at the family residence last Monday forenoon, aged 55 years, 5 months and 18 days.  Mrs. Gregg was born in Pennsylvania in 1821.
Her maiden name was Baker.  She was married to Mr. Gregg in September 1840, at North Manchester, Ohio.  She came, with her family to this place about eight years ago.  Mrs. Gregg was at the time of her death, and had been for over thirty years a member of the M. E. Church.  She was the mother of eleven children, seven of whom survive her.  The wife of Mr. R. H. Weamer, of the Auburn Republican, and the wife of Mr. Thomas G. Morse, of this place, are daughters of Mrs.
Gregg.  The bereaved husband, our worthy citizen W. M. Gregg, and his sorrowing family, have the heartfelt sympathy of their many friends in this community.  Mrs. Gregg's funeral took place today from the M. E. Church, in this village, Rev. G. B. Work, pastor, officiating.
