Emily E. Gilbert

Died - Jamestown, Indiana, Emily E., wife of Simeon Gilbert, age 48 years 7 
months and 17 days.  She died on consumption from which she had suffered for 
12 years.  After a lingering illness of 12 weeks, during which time there 
seemed to be hardly an hour that she was free from pain, death came and 
relieved her from her sufferings.  She leaves a husband and four boys to mourn
her loss.  Although they will miss her, yet they can but rejoice to feel that 
her sufferings are ended, and that she now finds a calm and sweet repose in 
heaven.  May the kind advice she gave her children be ever fresh in their 
minds, teaching them as it must, a lesson of truth ful___  and holiness.
