SAMUEL L. FRELIGH, 12 Aug 1820 - 10 Apr 1903

Samuel L. Freligh was born in Ontario county, N. Y., Aug. 12, 1820,
died at his home in Scott township, Steuben county, Ind., April 10, 1903,
aged 82 years, 7 months and 29 days.
Deceased moved with his parents to Sandusky county, Ohio, in 1836, and
in October 1845, came to the farm in Scott township where he has since
resided. In October, 1846, he was married to Elizabeth Hubbell. To this
union six children were born, two of whom, Henry Freligh and Mrs. Sarah
Storey, together with his five grandchilren, one brother and one sister
and the aged wife and mother survive him.
Funeral at the late home of the deceased, Monday a.m., April 13, Elder
C. S. Medbury officiating.

Sandusky, Ohio, married Elizabeth (Hubbell) Freligh, 07 Feb 1827 - 02 Jul
1918. They are buried at Jordan Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana.
Samuel was the son of John I. Freligh, 21 Aug 1789 - 09 Oct 1869, and Mary
L. (Latta) Freligh, 08 Dec 1788 - 25 Sep 1860. They are also buried at
Jordan Cemetery.

Catherine Freligh, 1847 - 30 Sep 1856, buried at Jordan Cemetery.
Joanna L. (Freligh) Goodale, 15 Feb 1848 - 25 Aug 1874, was the 1st wife
of Roswell F. Goodale, no dates. Joanna is buried at Jordan Cemetery.
Roswell's burial place unknown.
Mary Elizabeth (Freligh) Murray, 29 Sep 1850 - 14 Feb 1884, married
George S. Murray, 15 Jun 1849 - _____. Mary is buried at Jordan Cemetery.
George's burial place unknown.
Henry Freligh, 1857 - 1921, buried at Jordan Cemetery.

Joanna (Freligh) Hershey, 27 Dec 1816 - 20 Apr 1902, married George R.
Hershey, 25 Jan 1811 - 10 Jul 1898. They are buried at Old Angola
Cemetery, Angola, Steuben County, Indiana.
Moses Latta Freligh, 12 May 1825 - 30 May 1908, married Elenor M.
(Lockwood) Freligh, 20 May 1833 - 30 Nov 1914, daughter of James and Ann
(Berry) Lockwood. Moses and Elenor are buried at Circle Hill Cemetery,
Angola, Steuben County, Indiana.
Mary Elizabeth (Freligh) Loney, 05 Sep 1831 - 08 Nov 1915, married Hugh
Loney, 19 Dec 1829 - 29 Aug 1915, son of Richard and Rebecca Loney. Mary
and Hugh are buried at Jordan Cemetery.
