Pleasant
        Lake, April 8 –
  
        Frank Cook, 64, farmer living northwest of here, died this
        morning at Sacred
        Heart Hospital at Garrett after an illness of five weeks of
        heart disease.
  
        Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Violet Cook; two sons, Russell
        Cook of Pleasant
        Lake and Kenneth Cook of Angola; five daughters, Mrs. Ed Hunt of
        Pierceton,
        Mrs. Jack Garton of Muncie, Mrs. Weir Webb of Whitmore, Mich.,
        and Thelma and
        Beverly Cook at home; five grandchildren; four brothers, John
        Cook of Ashley,
        Albert and Oral Cook of Montpelier, O., and Charles Cook of
        Steubenville, and
        two sisters, Mrs. John Kreisher of Ashley and Mrs. Charles Wood
        of Coldwater,
        Mich.
  
        The body was removed to the Swank Funeral Home at Ashley and
        will be taken to
        the residence Tuesday morning. Funeral services will be held
        Wednesday at 2 pm
        at the Pleasant Lake Baptist Church with Rev. Maners
        officiating. Burial will
        be in Union Chapel Cemetery.
