Betty Lee Clark, 77, of Fremont, a homemaker,
died Friday, Dec. 15, 2000, at home.
She was a native of Mattoon, Ill.
Surviving are her husband, Calvin C.
Smith; a daughter, Carol Clark of Grapevine, Texas; a stepdaughter,
Susan Grubbs of Richmond, Va.; sons Toby of Charleston, S.C., and Scott
of Mason, Mich.; stepsons Clifford and Carl Smith, both of Newport
News, Va., and Willie Smith of Manassas, Va.; a sister, Frances Weber
Runyon of Indianapolis; brothers Charles Weber of Tucson, Ariz., and
Kenneth Weber of Indianapolis; five grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren;
and one great-grandchild.
Her first husband, Harold L. Clark,
preceded her in death in 1970.
Memorial services are 2 p.m. today at
Beams Funeral Home, Fremont.

and Hospice.
