KNOX — Joseph Daniel Lemme, 81, of Knox passed away July 6, 2011.

Born in Albany, N.Y. Jan. 19, 1930, he is survived by his wife of 56 years, Doris, and three daughters, Toni Jo (John) Larrinaga of Boise, Idaho, Doria Ann (Jon) DiMaggio of Tucson, Ariz., and Bernadette (John) Kovach of Valparaiso; nine grandchildren, Sarah (Jacob) Stephens of Meridian, Idaho, John-Anthony Larrinaga of Kuna, Idaho, Matthew Larrinaga of Nampa, Idaho, Zairick White, Shanee White, Akeyla White of Tucson, Ariz., Ryan (Amber) Rippy of Knox, Amy (Michael) Shide of Fishers, Amelia (David) Nargozian of Fort Hood, Texas; 13 great-grandchildren, Ana, Brandon, Jocelyn, Elijah, Navaeh, Isiah, Noah, Gavin, Tessa, Keyaira, Elliott, Claire, and Henry.

Joseph and his wife were self-employed for many years while living in Marana, Ariz., Wendell, Idaho, and Jerome, Idaho. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and loved camping. He also served in the United States Navy, and was a lifetime member of the NRA and Knights of Columbus. He was a devoted husband and father. He will be dearly missed by his family and may he rest in eternal peace.

A memorial mass will take place Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Knox.

KNOX — Mark A. Lovins, 48, died Tuesday, April 6, 2010 in Porter Hospital, Valparaiso Campus, Valparaiso.

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca; a daughter, Amber (Cody) Rosinski of Knox; a son, Cody Lovins of Knox; a step-daughter, Jessica (Josh) Fawley of Winamac; a step-son, Bryon (Amanda) Parkerson of LaPorte; four grandchildren; a sister, Ramona Freet of Plymouth; and brothers: Gary (Tammy) Lovins of Knox, Charles (Debra) Lovins Jr. of Hamlet and Steve (Patti) Lovins of Anderson.

Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. (Central Time) Friday, April 9 and from 1 p.m. until services Saturday at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel.

Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 10 at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Oak Park Cemetery, Knox.
