Jerry Allen Eckart

Jerry Allen Eckart, 36, of Fayette County, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2005, at Rush Memorial Hospital.

Born Nov. 7, 1969, in Rushville, he was the son of Jerry and Carol (Blankinship) Eckart; both survive.

Mr. Eckart was an electrician with Eckart Electric for several years.

Survivors in addition to his parents include one grandmother, Hazel Scott of Rushville; one son, Kyler Eckart of Cambridge City; one brother, Larry A. Eckart of Rushville; one sister, Tammy (Mrs. Mark) Mathews of Rushville; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Todd Funeral Home in Rushville with Mike Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Orange North Cemetery in Fayette County. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
