James Lewis Cregar Jr., 76, of Rushville, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2004. Born March 29, 1927, in Richmond, he was the son of James Lewis and Lula Bell (Jones) Cregar Sr. Mr. Cregar was a World War II veteran, having served with the U.S. Navy. He had been a furniture manufacturing supervisor. Survivors include two sons, James Cregar (and wife Barb) and Michael Cregar (and wife Iris); one daughter, Sue Cregar; and eight grandchildren.
