Ruth Burns, 75, of Laurel, died Tuesday, April 8, 2003, at her residence. Private funeral services will be held at the family's convenience. Burial will take place in the Laurel North Cemetery in Franklin County. There will be no public visitation. Moster & Cox Mortuary in Laurel is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions are requested to the American Cancer Society.
