Geodetic Marker
Photograph contributed by Andrea
This is the closest match I could find to the information stamped on the the marker. I am leaving the pictures of the marker and the school in the Winchester folder until I discover otherwise. I can find NOTHING on the internet about Harter school. Andrea labeled the picture of the geodetic stamp as "Harter School Marker." There is a Harter Park in Union City.
