Edna Marie Whiteman, 72

PARKER CITY - Edna Marie Whiteman, 72, of Parker City, Indiana passed away Wednesday morning, November 8, 2006 at Parker Health and Rehabilitation Center in Parker City, following an extended illness. She was born in Jay County on January 24, 1934, the daughter of Ernest J.M. and Mary A. (Bickel) Whiteman. Marie loved to play the organ and enjoyed watching people. She leaves to cherish her memory a sister, Jean Anderson of Parker City, Indiana; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and great nephews.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 11, 2006 at Daughterty Cemetery in Jay County, Indiana with Chaplain Don Miller officiating. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 11, 2006 at Thornburg Memorial Chapel, Parker City, Indiana.

WATTERS, Mrs. Josephine, wf/o S.S. was m. Sept. 28,1815. She.was raised in Farmland and moved with her parents to Earlham, IL?. She d. in Chicago, IL Feb.11,1887 age 28y 8m 28d. A mem. of the M.E. Church. She was very talented musically.
