Heart Attack Is Fatal
To Leslie Stegall
----------
Leslie L. Stegall, 39, of Lynn, suffered a fatal heart attack as he was driving his automobile home form Richmond Monday evening. He was accompanied by his wife and two children, Arlene and Marvin.
Mrs. Stegall said they were passing Reid Memorial hospital when her husband complained of having a pain. As they continued he apparently lost control of the car and ran off the road, striking two mail boxes before the car stopped. The children ran to a near-by house and called the sheriff, who in turn summoned the Wayne county coroner, Dr. H.D. Hill, who pronounced Mr. Stegall dead of a heart attack when he arrived.
Survivors are the widow, Bernice; one daughter, Arlene; one son, Marvin; three brothers, Mac of Hartford City, Elmer of Fountain City, George of Williamsburg; five sisters, Mrs. Herbin Skinner of near Winchester, Mrs. Viola Hunt, Mrs. Joe Oliver, and Mrs. James Miller, all of Muncie, and Mrs. Lonnie Berns, of New Madison.
Funeral services are to be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the Thomas Funeral home in Lynn with Rev. Zelma Mills in charge. Burial is to be at Goshen cemetery near Richmond. Friends may call after 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
