        SPENCER, Mildred C. (Haas?Hass?), b. Sept. 20, 1832 d/o John and Susannah. She was a mem. of the M.E. Church since 1855. An Uncle was J.B.Colbert. On June 6, 1861 she m. Phillip Spencer. She died Feb. 21, 1894 in Winch. Surv. are the husband, 5 children and 1 bro. Fun. and bur. Mt. Zion. By Rev. Nathan T. Butts.
