          REMMELL, Lewis, b. Mar. of 1810 in Maryland. Died Feb. 9, 1889. He m. Mary Whitacre Aug. 9. 1834. (Mar. rec. lists Aug. 21, 1834). They had 4 children. His wf. d. in 1848 and he m. 2nd Mary Jones, the d/o Henry Jones Nov. 2.1849. (Paper states 1851).
