          Obituary -- Sarah Catherine (Hayes) Pugh, daughter of Benjamin and Elizabeth Hayes, was born in Miami county, Ohio, September 20, 1846, and departed this life July 20, 1904, aged 57 years and 10 months. In 1855 she moved with her parents to near Parker, Indiana. She was united in marriage to Samuel J. Pugh December 30, 1862. She and her husband continued to live in Randolph county until April 18?? when they moved to Blackford county, Indiana where they lived until their removal to Farmland in February 18??. Since then they have continued to live in Farmland. To this union were born seven children, five of whom were living at the 1900 Census.

          PUGH, Addlson, d. at the home of a son-in-law, Willard lrvan at Franklin, Ind, Mar. 26, 1881.  His wf. died Oct. 23. 1885, bur. Mt. Zion.

          PUGH, John F. d. 10/227/1879 ae 86y well known citizen of Dayton A native of Carroll Co. Md. where in 1821 he m. Rebecca Nicodemas and started to Ohio. A long drive to Preble Co. where he remained 6y Mov. to Montgomery Co. OH. The old family still there. Widow is 87y and in feeble health.
