          POMEROY, Ralph D., youngest s/o Phineas and Mary C. (Hollis) Pomeroy d. of T.B. at Ashville N.C. He was brought here to the res. of C.C.Yunker, bur in the Fountain Pk.Cem. (see obit of Phineas Pomeroy.Paper of Feb.18,1891).

          POMEROY, Phinehas, s/o Pelitiah. b. in Winch. N.H. May 6,1800. He went to New Philadelphia OH in 1827 and then to Ky. He m.1st Jerusha Tinker in Ohio Oct.1827, she died leaving 3 children: Charles, Anna and Josephine (Mrs. Cath. Brady of, Muncie, OhIo). He m. 2nd Oct. 1854 to Mary C. Hollis and had 3 children. His ancestors came from England in 1633. He died Feb.13,1886. ae 85y 9m. Three children: Phinehas, Ralph O. of Indianapolis and Mary who resides with mother and a grandson, Fletcher Brady.
