PORTLAND - Former Winchester resident, Wilma E. Mullen, 82, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2006. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home in Geneva with visitation beginning at 3:00 p.m.

          MULLEN, Benjamin Franklin, d. Feb.11, 1888. Born in Montogomery Co., OH Oct. 11,1825, s/o Ellis and Rachel (Mills) Mullen (both b. in N.J.) He m. Eliz. Bennet of Middleborough, Wayne Co. lnd. in 1853. They had 5 children, 2 are dec'd. He was a carpenter by trade.
