        MERANDA, Sarah E.(Johnson), d/o I.V.D.R. and Martha(Vandergriff) Johnson b. Aug. 21, 1870. Her mother d. when she was 14yrs of age. She was the oldest. She joined the Christian Church at Farmland in 1886 and m. Wm. Meranda Dec, 21, 1880. She d. Jan. 23,1894 ae 23y 5m 2d. Surv. husband, 1 son, father, step-mother, 3 bros. and 1 sis. .
