Williamson & Spencer Funeral HomeEvelyn E. McKibben, age 93 a resident of Portland passed away Friday, December 13, 2019 at Persimmon Ridge Rehabilitation Center. She was a 1944 graduate of Gray High School in Jay County. She retired from Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. in Winchester, Indiana after 19 years. Evelyn McKibben was born January 13, 1926 in Wabash, Indiana the daughter of Edison and Ruth (Riddleberger) French.

Survivors include:
2 Sons- Gary McKibben, Geneva, Indiana and Duane McKibben (special friend - Candy Runyon), Portland, Indiana
several grandchildren, and several great and great great grandchildren
1 sister- Phyllis Hammers, Portland, Indiana
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:00pm-3:00pm Wednesday in the Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Rev. Phill Jellison will officiate the services and burial will follow in the Lawndale Cemetery, east of Ridgeville, Indiana.
Memorials may be directed to the Jay County Humane Society.
