Bertha Jackson Dies;
Funeral Rites Wednesday
----------
          Mrs. Bertha B. Jackson, 71, of 606 East Washington street in Winchester, died at her home Sunday morning following a lingering illness.
          Surviving in addition to her husband, Arthur, are three daughters, Mrs. Dewy Wade of Muncie, Mrs. Glenn Wresler of Muncie, and Mrs. Harry Lawson of Winchester; three sons, William S. Foreman and Carl Foreman of Muncie and Donald Foreman of Gas City; 19 grandchildren and nine great-grand children.
          The body has been removed from the Summers funeral home to the residence where friends may call.
          Services will be conducted at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning at the East Street Christian church with Rev. Leo McKinley and Rev. Orville Woody in charge. Burial will be in the Elm Ridge cemetery at Muncie.

Farmland, Ind., March 6.- Mrs. Fleeta Parker Jackson, 39, died from the effects of an operation for goiter today. She had been employed as a bookkeeper in a store here for several years. Surviving are the parents, a daughter, two sons, a sister and two brothers. The funeral arrangements have not been made. Burial will be held at the Maxville Cemetery.
