Baird-Freeman Funeral HomePenny Ime age 71, former Portland resident passed away Thursday, February14, 2019 in Parkview Randalia in Fort Wayne. She was born in Portland September 30, 1947, the daughter of Roy and Betty (Foster) Collins. She was married November 13, 1988, to Clarence Imel and he died March 6, 2015. She had owned a cleaning business for twenty-five years, member of Eastern Star for fifty years, White Shrine, Amaranth, Fairview United Methodist Church andwas a grief counselor for Hospice.

Surviving are a daughter Angela Hayden of Fort Wayne and a granddaughter Marianna Vasquez of Fort Wayne.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at 2:00 PM with Pastor Dave McClellan presiding. Burial will be in the Reitenour Cemetery in Randolph County. Memorials can be made to Hospice Group of Indianapolis or Jay County Library.
