Former Teacher Dies in Bloomington
----------

        Word has been received in Winchester of the death of William M. (Dick) Hooper, 63, in the Bloomington, Ind., City hospital on January 20. Death was due to complications from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
        Mr. Hooper was a former teacher in the Winchester schools.
