          William Franklin, 65, 219 West North Street, Winchester, died Saturday, March 19, 1977 at his home, following an apparent heart attack.
          Private funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Walker Funeral Home, Winchester, with the Rev. Walter Creek officiating. Burial will be in Fountain Park Cemetery.
          There will be no calling hours.
