A Randolph County Area NewspaperHorace Biggs d. 9/6/1884 at Winchester age 67y 5m 23d. Born near Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, 3/13/1817. In early life removed to Columbiana Co., OH then returned to Pa. At the age of 27y he came again to Ohio. In Dec. 1839 he married Alice Williams who died in 1859 and he remarried twice, last to Maria E. Stephens 10/15/1882. He had 7 children all dec'd. Bur. in Winch. Old Cem. but later removed to Fountain Pk. Cemetery. Mem. of the M.E. Church.

A Randolph County Area NewspaperJames F. Biggs d. Winch. 6/22/1882 age 35y 4m 24d. Born at Rising Sun, Preble Co. , OH 1/28/1847. He was an invalid for several years. He was the 7th child of Mr. Horage Biggs, he has laid away 3 of them having lived to mature age. Bur. in the Old Cem. but later rem. to Fountain Pk. Cem.
