The Union City Times - GazetteThe will of Isabell W. Arnold, who died February 17, was probated in Randolph circuit court yesterday. The document, executed April 4, 1938, was witnessed by Rev. D. R. Lusk and Mrs. Nellie V. Lusk.

The will directs the executor to sell real and personal property in Ward township, including 47.64 acres of land, and to distributed the proceeds as follows: $500 to the husband, Alva M.; one-third to a daughter, Mary A. Harshmann, who is nominated as executrix; one-third to a son, Victor M. Mock; and one-sixth each to two grandchildren, Pearl Clapp Foltz and Earl Clapp, children of Minnie Clapp, a deceased daughter of Mrs. Arnold
