Alexander Will is Probated in Court.

        The will of  Barbara Ellen Alexander  has been probated in Randolph circuit court.  The executor, Beneville K. Kelley, is to erect a monument on the Alexander lot in Fountain Park cemetery and also head stones at the graves of the deceased's parents in Old Dunkirk cemetery in White River township.
        To Volnie Stilts is left real estate, part of lot 7 in the west front of Winchester, and lot 70 in Beech Grove addition to Winchester is left to Bertha Monroe for her life-time and then to her children.
        The remainder of the estate is to be converted into cash by the executor and after payment of all debts, the fund is to be divided equally between nephews, Bert "Izzie" Green and  William Ernest Pursley, and the nieces, Ellen Bullens and  Pansey Peters.
        The will was executed December 23, 1938, and witnessed by  Alice W. Kelley,  Beneville K. Kelley  and  Raymond Tanner.
