        Samuel Aker  d. at Richmond 12/27/1885, age 81yrs. He was formerly a res. of this county. A brother, Andrew resides in Winchester. Mrs. John Thomas Aker took Andrew to the funeral yesterday.

        Hannah Aker  d. 2/23/1881 age 74y 11m 9d. Born in Rockingham, Va. 3/17/1806. She moved to Champaign Co., Ohio at the age of 12 yrs. Married there 5/24/1827 Andrew Aker. In 1828 she moved to Winchester, Ind. They had 8 children.  Three survive:  John T,;  Mrs. M. B. Miller and  Mrs. Wm. Knect. She was a member of the M. E. Church, resided here for 53yrs.
