        The will of  Ruth E. Ackman, who died June 1, was filed for probate today in Randolph circuit court.  It was executed May 29 with  Rowena Diggs  and  Raymond R. Tanner  as witnesses.
        Provisions of the will call for:  a diamond ring to  Patty Capron, a three-stone ring, two diamonds and one emerald to  Mary Capron, a diamond ring to  Ruth Ackman, $1,000 in cash and all articles of furniture in the deceased's room to  William A. Ackman, $1,000 to  Mary Capron.  The executor was authorized to sell and convert the residue of the estate into cash, the residue going to the mother,  Grace Lula Weaver  of Colorado Springs, Col.
        Lulu Lenkensdofer  was nominated as executrix.
