We, John Mumma and Mary Ann Mumma his wife of Randolph County in the State of Indiana, Convey and Warrant to Deborah Darrah of Randolph County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Fifteen Dollars the following Real Estate in Randolph County in the State of Indiana To Wit:
Lot number seventy four in Block four of the said John Mumma’s Addition to the town of Winchester.
In Witness whereof the said John Mumma and Mary Ann Mumma his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this 20th day of October 1853.John Mumma, seal
